PKCount is a Pokémon Shiny Hunter Tool for Nintendo 3DS & Nintendo DS(i).

You can get PKCount from here.
3DS CIA installation [CFW Needed]
1.) Download PKCount.cia from the Release page.
2.) Put PKCount.cia to your SD Card.
3.) Start FBI and install the CIA file. You should know, how to install it.
4.) Just start the app from your Home Menu and done!
3DS 3DSX installation [CFW Needed]
1.) Download PKCount.3dsx from the Release page.
2.) Put PKCount.3dsx to the sdmc:/3ds/ folder.
3.) Start up the Homebrew Launcher and select the PKCount app. Done!
DS(i) NDS installation
1.) Download PKCount.nds from the Release page.
2.) Put the PKCount.nds file anywhere on your SD Card, except in the _nds folder.
3.) Start up PKCount.nds using TWiLight Menu, Unlaunch or whatever your loader is. Done!
